Fan Casting Arkillo in Return to the DC Universe

Before Arkillo joined the Sinestro Corps as Sinestro's first recruit, he was a vicious hunter on his home planet of Vorn, unleashing fear on many others. When chosen to join the Sinestro Corps, Arkillo had the task to train new recruits and to force the Weaponeers of Qward to make the rings. His viciousness is well known, but even for it, he has been able to be humbled many times. Even with having lost his tongue to Mongul despite it being reattached by Saint Walker, Arkillo continues to loyally serve Sinestro and his Corps/
