Fan Casting Anton Arcane in Return to the DC Universe

A depraved man who is seen as the greatest conduit to the Rot, the elemental force behind decay, Anton Arcane has sought the means to immortality, which he believed was through the Rot. In his twisted experiments with science and magic, Arcane was able to make his Un-Men, an army to aid him in his servitude to the Rot. However, only one person would stand against him-- Swamp Thing. Killed by the Swamp Thing, the Parliament of Decay, the Rot's ruling body, would resurrect Arcane when the Parliament of Trees had resurrected Alec Holland, as Arcane aims to use the Rot to spread decay.
