Jill Valentine is the thief expert for the S.T.A.R.S Alpha Team and was born in New Jersey.Her skill in unlocking doors and locks she learned from her father(who was a thief)when she was still very young and started using it to her advantage to rob some establishments and after her father died,she moved in with her mother,being arrested after a few more robberies and her mother put her in a military school. Years later,she served in the United States Army and a while later enrolled in the Raccoon Police Department and due to her unlocking skills,she took the tests and joined the Alpha team.
