Fan Casting Forest Speyer in RESIDENT EVIL - Rebirth

Forest Speyer is the sniper for the Bravo team of the S.T.A.R.S. Starting his career in the US Army,there he met Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine separately and became friends with the two before they were even recruited into the S.T.A.R.S. Some time after joining the police unit in 1996,because of the friendship he had with Chris,they both lived in competition to see who was the best shooter in the R.P.D in their spare time and was called to be part of the Bravo team for being very good at aiming(even having lost to Chris in the last competition).
