A young, rookie police officer transferred to Raccoon City. After breaking up with his girlfriend, Leon gets drunk and is late arriving in Raccoon City, resulting in him arriving in the middle of the Outbreak. Leon is inexperienced and young, but he is also brave, intelligent, and loyal, with good survival instincts.
