A few months after the Arklay Mansion Incident, where members of the S.T.A.R.S. discover Umbrella's illegal activities involving the production of biological weapons using the T-Virus. The dire consequences arrive when the virus spreads through the city, and people start to get sick en masse. But the situation, which was already desperate, becomes precarious, when the victims of the epidemic begin to wake up with cannibalistic instincts. Inevitably Raccoon succumbs to complete chaos, with zombies and bizarre monsters, beyond human comprehension, roaming the streets and making more and more victims join their army of undead.read more
