S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) is a elite forces division under the jurisdiction of Raccoon City Police Department. When people go missing and killed in the Arklay Mountains by unknown group, STARS Bravo team is sent to investigate. Soon Bravo team goes missing, and Alpha team is sent after them.
