On July 24th , 1998 , a series of brutal murders happen on the outskirts of a Midwestern town of Raccoon City . The Raccoon City Police Department sends their S.T.A.R.S (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) team to investigate. In a forest Bravo Team looses contact with Alpha Team comes across a mansion deep in the woods that could be connected to the murders.
