Fan Casting Martin "Mart" Tolbert in Rescue Squad Gogo V

The eldest of the five Tolbert siblings, Mart is a Fire Team Leader in the Angel City Fire Department. He graduated from Glenoaks Community College Fire Academy (with an Associate of Applied Science/AAS in Fire Science and Technology). Prior to that, he served as an enlisted Damage Controlman (Firefighter-Plumber) in the US Coast Guard, rising to the rank of Petty Officer 1st Class (DC1/E-6) while stationed in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Subsequently earned his commission as an officer in the USCG Reserves through OCS and is now a Lieutenant Commander situated with a security unit in Angel Port. Attends grad school in CSAC pursuing a Master's degree in Emergency Management part-time.
