Twelve drug junkies are send in a very far away island in the middle of the ocean, with no electricity, no food and most important ... no drugs. No cigarettes , no heroin , no coke. Nothing at all! They must survive to this nightmare. The winner gets a free week in Ibiza. And a lifetime supply of drugs.
