Description of The Cluemaster/Arthur Brown:
Former game show host. Show began to decline due to the deterioration of Arthur's mental state due to the strain of his popularity, as well as him introducing dangerous acts into his show that lead to hundreds of complaints. Wants revenge on the executives that cancelled his show as well as the wider population of Gotham City.
