Character Description

Would help Barbara with the Clocktower systems, as I kind of would want the Joker to sabotage it somehow. Luke kind of shows up after Dick had revealed his identity as Nightwing as Luke and Dick would have had a long standing friendship. Luke would of sensed something was off and state that he knew his dad had been helping Batman.
