Description of The Lunger:
The elder statesman of the Diamondback gang, the man known only as the Lunger is a man with tuberculosis who's calling card is to wound but not kill his target, then breathing on them to ensure that they would have a drawn out death. Legend has it he sold his soul to the devil.
