Raised in the dimension of Azarath, she was taught to repress her emotions and demonic nature to prevent her father from using her, as her emotions can trigger her powers. After the death of her mentor she fled to Earth to escape her destiny as a portal for her father's universal conquest. While she being chased down by demons from hell send by her father Trigon.
