Synopsis

2003) Rassilon was, alongside Omega and the Other, one of the founders of Time Lord civilisation. In his own time, Rassilon was chiefly an engineer and Architect, but later Time Lord society would hail him as the first Time Lord, and the single greatest figure in Gallifreyan history. However some Time Lords contended that he was a corrupt megalomaniac who tried to murder his friend Omega and stole his invention.
