Sakuta Azusagawa, a high school student of ill-repute, meets a girl, dressed in a bunny girl costume, who is unable to be seen by others except the former. Mai Sakurajima, a teenage actress, is intrigued by Sakuta’s ability to perceive her appearance unlike all the rest of the people in their surroundings. And so is Sakuta. His encounter with the (kinda) invisible bunny girl in a library spurs Sakuta to investigate and solve the mystery behind the phenomenon he dubs “Adolescence Syndrome”, and help Mai to be rid of it herself. Sakuta and Mai also encounter and help other girls who suffer as well from Adolescence Syndrome.
