As the son of Silver (Brian Murray), king of the Realm gods, Raiden (James Remar) will soon inherit the throne of Earthguard from his aging father. However, on the day that he is to be crowned, Raiden reacts with brutality when the gods' enemies, The Frost Giants, enter the palace in violation of their treaty. As punishment, Silver banishes Raiden to Earth. While Pitch Black (Jude Law), Raiden’s brother, plots mischief in Earthguard, Raiden, now stripped of his powers, faces his greatest threat.
