After being framed for the assassination of the President of the United States, War Hero turned Murderous Vigilante, Frank Castle, must drastically alter his appearance and go on the run. Castle, now going by the psuedonym Gabriel Rogers, learns to reconnect with his roots as an American Patriot and even begins giving back to his community while still serving up his signature brand of justice (while, albeit, in a much more covert way).
