Kage is cold, articulate, and unnervingly calm. He does not lack emotion—he simply regards it as a weakness best kept on a leash. A philosopher first and a weapon second, he serves as Ryoichi’s voice of reason, the one who asks why before how, even when the answer ends in blood. Wielding shadow as both weapon and refuge, Kage fights indirectly: suffocation instead of slaughter, inevitability instead of chaos. His power bends darkness into chains, corridors, and false sanctuaries, allowing him to control the battlefield without ever raising his voice. He prefers containment over destruction, believing excess violence is intellectually lazy. Unlike the others, Kage respects Ryoichi not out of fear or devotion, but alignment.
