In this animated crossover sequel to "Power Rangers: Morphin Force", the Rangers find themselves in a different universe's New York City. There they encounter strange creatures who calls themselves the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Coming off as enemies they soon realize that they have similar goals, then teams up to get the Rangers back to where they belong. However, they aren't the only ones stuck here as Rita Repulsa arrives. She partners up with the Crane to destroy both the Rangers and Ninja Turtles, with even more diabolical intentions of taking over both universes. Now, the Rangers and Ninja Turtles must work together in order to save both their worlds.
