Synopsis

Arśene Lupin was the world's greatest phantom thief who sacrifice his life to hide set of colletion called phantom collection from a group of monsters known as the Saurizan Mafia who have already stolen all collections pieces. Until then, a new generations of phantom thiefs swore to collect back all the phantom collection to save their love ones. While, a group of members from the Global Police Strike Team is on to them to protect the world in peace with two teams of rangers fighters against each other, they're the Power Ranger Victory Siren.
