Synopsis

After the Dark Line attacks the town of South Park, CO, Mr. Garrison reforms the Rainbow Line in order to combat this new threat. Using the power of imagination, and the morphing grid. And on the way, they find more trains and learn more about the Dark Line.

Description of Emperor Zero (Clyde Donovan):

Before he became Emperor Zero, Clyde was a normal kid who went through a lot in life. Such as his mom dying in a toilet, and being constantly the brunt of Cartman's abuse. He couldn't take it anymore and was driven mad, and he found remains of Emperor Zero near a railroad track and began to slowly turn into him. As Emperor Zero, he wants nothing but power, and to envelop the world in darkness, just like the Original Emperor Zero did.
