Synopsis

Kelsey's reckless behavior lands her in the hospital after she is caught in an explosion. Meanwhile, Chad must deal with a rival who has made a deal with Vypra for the power and skill to destroy him.Diabolico unleashes Whirlin, the tornado monster who can produce tornadoes among his abilities, as his attempt for this episode to destroy Mariner Bay. The Rangers rescue a shuttle that is piloted by a young woman named Nancy (who Kelsey helped at the beginning of this episode) caught in the tornado's path from crash landing and destroy the monster with the Lightspeed Megazord at the time of the monster's reanimation after his first defeat.A gold-armored and helmeted named Brian arrives on City to stop a monstrous alien from the Jyuma Clan named Golomois from finding the Dark Sword's hiding place.
