Before marrying his wife, Theodore was a member of the Silver Guardians who personally worked alongside Eric Meyers and Wes Collins, the Quantum and Red Rangers of the Time Force Rangers. As such, Theodore has trained Jessie in the arts of savate and sambo to protect herself and potentially be strong enough to join the Silver Guardians. However, Jessie decided to choose a different path in life.
