A robotic scientist who fought the Grid Battleforce and Cosmic Fury Power Rangers alongside Evox and Lord Zedd before going into hiding. However, he and his associate Jozotic would later be found by Turbonicus's legion and enlisted in their new master's fight against the High Noon Rangers. Ever the cowardly opportunist, Scrozzle pledged undying loyalty to Turbonicus and offered his help in any way he could. Thanks to him, Bien, Malo, and Feo resurrected the Engine Force Power Rangers to serve Turbonicus. However, it soon turns out that Scrozzle and Jozotic are agents of a new United Alliance of Evil and want to recruit Turbonicus.
