The self-proclaimed leader of the New United Alliance of Evil, an evil space wizard and old enemy of Zordon that the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers defeated in the past. Initially released by Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd to help them destroy the Power Rangers, Ivan betrayed the two before he went out and attempted to kill Zordon before the Rangers defeated him once and for all. But thanks to a mysterious benefactor, Ivan is back to wreak havoc on a new generation of teenagers with attitude. But little does Ivan know is that he’s not the real leader, but merely a pawn in Lokar’s schemes.
