The archenemy of Dex Stewart, his son Ted, and an old rival of Zordon. Due to deciding not to participate in the Countdown to Destruction, Dregon and his forces were spared from Zordon's Z-Wave, but they were left crippled by Dex's heroics as the Masked Rider until Dregon's empire was left a shell of its former self. Desperate to destroy Dex & Ted once and for all and conquer his old home planet of Edenoi, Dregon struck a deal with Lokar to regain his lost power and acquire some Masked Rider powers of his own. (inspired by Kamen Rider Amazons, Zi-O/Ohma Zi-O, Ryuki, and Demons)
