The Black Ranger of the Engine Force and the most eager to follow Robert's orders. Before becoming a Power Ranger, Cedric was a wanted criminal who broke out of prison multiple times after being arrested for armed robbery and assault, and he only joined the Rangers to avoid doing time yet again. Becoming a Ranger was also the chance for Cedric to get away with being as violent as possible since he's tasked with fighting psychopathic machines, though it's unknown who the real psychopath is. Despite this, Cedric is incredibly charismatic and gregarious, making him even more sinister. He is the alternate counterpart of Dillon, the Black Ranger Operator, with some hints of the Gold and Silver Ranger Operators Gem and Gemma.
