Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Sky Scrapper:

Sky Scrapper is an ameoba/skyscraper monster, created by Zurgane and Archerina, to assist Starvark in his nightmare illusions towards the Rangers. Sky Scrapper can fire a burst of dust from his hands, fire flames from his left hand, and is equipped with a blade over his right arm which he can use in combat.
