Mr. Ratwell's personality is very similar to that of a movie or TV director. He loves to work at television studios, and can get a bit annoyed if something doesn't go well as he planned in his scripts. Mr. Ratwell is armed with a crossbow that can fired red, light orange, or yellow energy in a rapid succession and can fire his arrows to make humans fall in love with the first thing they see.
