Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Florabundacus:

Florabundacus is a female hibiscus monster, created by Scorpina and Choobo to unleash her evil vines across the cities of Angel Grove, Mariner Bay, Silver Hills, and Turtle Cove. Florabundacus has large seeds which she intends to plant that will grow into monstrous flowers capable of destroying the cities. She can fire a burst of yellow spores from her mouth that can make anyone sneeze. Florabundacus' fingers are made of vines, which she can extend to wrap her enemies with. Florabundacus is a hyperactive monster that will do whatever she can to make the Sudima Plant grow. She also hates people mistreating plants.
