He’s the new kid in Angel Grove. Until in the street, he was captured by Rita and turned him into the Evil Green Ranger. He devise to destroy the world and kill the power rangers. After he was defeated, Tommy didn’t know that Rita was manipulating him. He joined the Power Rangers and fight alongside with them to take down Rita and his henchman. He goes from Green Ranger to White Ranger then Red Zeo Ranger then Red Turbo Ranger and lastly Dino Thunder Black Ranger.
