Tommy Oliver is seduced by Rita Repulsa into becoming her Green Ranger and becomes her slave to fight the Rangers. While the fivesome fight their new enemy, Rita tries to awaken Lord Zedd. After Tommy us rescued from his spell, he joins the team as the silver ranger. Movie ends with Rita retuning to earth with Zedd by her side.
