In universe #2902 in 1789 a 27-year-old scientist named Fred Lesley found a way to stop ageing and is now immortal in a way and is now 219 years old in the body of a 27-year-old. Eventually Crum and Cole come to Fred looking for a way to stop the Spirit and together they create a stick that can create and close portals at any time that is powered by a portal orb which is like a portal seed but is 10 times stronger and one of only 3 in existence that he got by selling his age stopper to The Darkest.
