Victor Kane has just escaped from prison and his out to get revenge on the cadets. Meanwhile, Carey Mahoney is retiring from being commandant, now Thelma Harris is the new commandant. Also, Josie Garcia returns and is made lieutenant and works with Claire Proctor who is now a captain.
