Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Pheromosa (English Dub):

The Ultra Beast who runs the Ring of Elegance, the fifth of the circus rings which focuses on the dancers. Pheromosa values beauty and elegance above everything else, and the Pokemon underneath it are put through extremely strict routines all to make sure they can perfectly dance along to Pheromosa's dance routines, which it considers to be the most beautiful things in the whole world. Its challenge is a dancing minigame where you must follow along with one of its dance routines.
