Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Mr. Mime (English Dub):

Mr. Mime is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Laughter. He's a jolly clown who loves to make other Pokemon smile, and seemingly always knows just what joke to say or what to do to brighten a Pokemon's day. After helping him cheer up a young Pokemon, you can befriend him and tag him in for certain attractions.
