Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Mime Jr (English Dub):

A Pokemon who Pikachu befriends in the Ring of Laughter, and the Psychic-type member of his party. Mime Jr's a chatty young Pokemon who wants to become a professional mime, ironically enough, and got booted out because their non-stop talking got on Blacephalon's nerves. Mime Jr may not be a very skilled mime, but their mile-a-minute talking and psychic powers allow them to easily confuse enemies.
