Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Meowscarada (English Dub):

Meowscarada is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Thrills. He's a flamboyant stage magician that thinks of his magic tricks as a form of art in itself, and has been brought on by Xurkitree to provide special effects for its stunts. After beating Xurkitree's attraction in the story mode, you can befriend him and tag him in for certain attractions.
