Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Manaphy (English Dub):

Manaphy is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Stamina. It's a cheerful young Pokemon dubbed "The child of the ocean" because of the strong powers it holds over the sea itself, and is more than happy to teach these skills to others—if you can keep it entertained, that is. After beating it in a race around the sea, you can befriend it and tag it in for certain attractions, and in addition Piplup and Quaxly can train with it to increase the power of their Water-type moves.
