Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Dusk Lycanroc (English Dub):

Dusk Lycanroc is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Elegance. They and their siblings are all musicians, with their stylings being in heartfelt power ballads, and the three of them are brought on by Pheromosa to provide background music for its dances. After beating Pheromosa's challenge in the story mode, you can befriend them and tag them in for certain attractions.
