Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Hoopa Unbound (English Dub):

At the end of the game's story mode, Hoopa is prodded by Blacephalon into unleashing their Unbound form, which, while incredibly powerful, puts them in an immense amount of pain to use. It'll take all of Pikachu and Eevee's strength, smarts and friends to beat the various challenges Hoopa Unbound presents them and bring them back to normal!
