Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Hisuian Zorua (English Dub):

A young Pokemon that Eevee befriends in the Ring of Laughter, and the Dark-type member of her party. This Zorua has lived hidden in the shadows her whole life, which is perhaps why she remained a Dark type even after her passing. She grew up isolated and judged by her peers save for her friend Zorua, and after arriving in the circus when Zorua encouraged her to go through a mysterious ring, wants nothing more than to reunite with him. Though she lacks her kind's shapeshifting abilities, she has strong ghostly powers and defense against ranged moves to make up for it.
