The Head Ranger of the Mystical Grotto, a colorful village located within a tiny grove that's largely inhabited by Psychic and Fairy type Pokemon. Pembe's more than a little eccentric, and there's rumors that he may not even be human, but he's a talented ranger nonetheless. Ciel and Iris help him out when the Hoopa sealed underneath the village awakens and begins whisking people and Pokemon alike away.
