Flavia's not that much older than Ciel and Iris themselves, but her incredible skill led to her being personally picked as the Plains' new Head Ranger following the former head's passing, though she's still getting used to the job. Ciel and Iris help her out when the Xurkitree sealed underneath the village awakens and begins sapping the land's power.
