Synopsis

A group of nomads looking for a new home after a disaster from beyond the stars devastated their old one, a clan of survivors seeking sanctuary in the midst of a brutal war, and a team of scholars and explorers seeking answers to prevent a great oncoming tragedy. What do these three groups all have in common? They all resided in the history-laden Sleeping Ruins at different points in history! But when our team of archaeologists stumbles upon a strange site that they believe holds the answers they seek, they're suddenly flung into the distant past or future, and must now survive this strange world and retrieve their scattered ranks with help from locals of that time, all while searching for answers to their present-day problem... ‖ fancast for a hypothetical PMD game. Description of Porygon (English Dub):

One of the teammates you gain while stuck in the future. Porygon was programmed as a war tactician by the two armies currently warring for control of the future, but grew beyond its original programming and was kicked to the curb for refusing to fulfill its duties due to its newfound appreciation for life. It's fallen in with the survivors for the time being, but has fallen into apathy as it feels that it no longer has a purpose and the war will never end—but with the heroes' friendship, it starts to see the light.
