Synopsis

A group of nomads looking for a new home after a disaster from beyond the stars devastated their old one, a clan of survivors seeking sanctuary in the midst of a brutal war, and a team of scholars and explorers seeking answers to prevent a great oncoming tragedy. What do these three groups all have in common? They all resided in the history-laden Sleeping Ruins at different points in history! But when our team of archaeologists stumbles upon a strange site that they believe holds the answers they seek, they're suddenly flung into the distant past or future, and must now survive this strange world and retrieve their scattered ranks with help from locals of that time, all while searching for answers to their present-day problem... ‖ fancast for a hypothetical PMD game. Description of Castform (English Dub):

One of the teammates you gain while stuck in the future. Castform's a humble gardener who spends all her days hidden away in her chambers and caring for what little remains of the natural world. She finds herself constantly fearing for the future of the world due to all the destruction and pollution the war's caused, and often refuses to leave her chambers for fear of losing what little life she's been able to cultivate. By befriending her, the heroes help restore her faith that the natural world can bloom again.
