A 10 year old kid in the blue city, Bulbasuar is a bookworm who spends most of his day reading books in the local library. He asks Kayden and Pikachu for help after the library has been vandalized and wanted to make the responsibles pay for that. After the vandals have been put to their place, Bulbasaur, who was amazed by the teamwork they had, asked if they could take him with them, to which they accept. Bulbasaur is a very smart kid who also show wisdom beyond his age, but he’s very weak and wants to prove himself worthy.
