Michael David Shapiro (born December 29, 1965 in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA) is an American actor, voice actor and theatre director, best known for voicing the Half-Life characters G-Man and Barney Calhoun.
In 1998-99, Team Rocket is on the verge of resurfacing in Johto, with more far-reaching aims than its Kantoan counterpart. A Pokemon trainer seeking information on the Team sticks his nose where it doesn't belong, and runs into another seeking its destruction. Though the latter's motives aren't totally clear, they join forces to fight Team Rocket and accelerate its downfall.
