A small Pug dog owned by Governor Ratcliffe who is named After the English Colonist named Giles Percy but he is Also known to have a small little rivalry with Pocahontas's pet raccoon Meeko since very similar to Flit Pocahontas's pet Hummingbird Friend , Percy Finds meeko Annoying but In the end, he Stays with Pocahontas and becomes her Pet Puppy when him and meeko are friends now
